Springtime is for flowers! Here are a few springy reads to get your gardening groove on.
The Gardener- S.A. Bodeen: This greenhouse grows humans. An experiment to make humans totally self-sustainable is all I'm going to tell you about this one- you'll have to pick it up yourself. Click here for the library link.
Wither- Lauren DeStefano: The first in the Chemical Garden trilogy, Wither tells the story of a young girl forced into marriage- because in her society, no one lives past 25. Click here if you're interested.
The Secret Garden- Frances Hodgson Burnett: This classic tale is one of my favorites from that genre. A young girl finds (predictably) a secret garden where the troubles and pains of the time melt away, and the separation of rank falls away as well. Click here to enjoy this classic as well.
